I bought this clock back around 2015 and I love it. It has a gently tick, you can switch off the different chimes, so it can ring on the hour, every 15 mins or not at all. It has had a minor service. Even though it is small, the chimes give a pleasant rich tone from what looks like plastic or rubber hammers onto the chime bars. Beautiful wood finish also.
