  The German Cuckoo Clock Shop is an amazing shopping experience.  The Staff member on Saturday went above and beyond as she demonstrated two Cuckoo Clocks for my family that were on Facetime.  The kids' faces were full of excitement as they watched the characters come out of the Cuckoo Clocks. Truly beautiful atmosphere in that shop.

It is a 5+++ at least.

We entered the shop and straight away it seemed we were in Germany or Austria or Italy.
We were served by Sylvia and she made the experience, my wife needed a tissue, as this shop is how she recalls the shops in her parents village in Italy.
The selection of Cuckoo Clocks is second to none.
Beer steins, it was difficult to make a decision, we selected the "Dolomiti".

We would like Management to know that Sylvia went above and beyond to make this experience special.
