Description
Howard Miller: Founded in 1926 and still family-owned in its third generation, Howard Miller is the worldโs leading clock company and a respected brand name in fine specialty furnishings such as curio cabinets, wine & bar furnishings and custom storage cabinets.
A special occasion deserves an immaculate timepiece, making this wooden grandfather clock an exceptional selection. Inspired by Swedish Mora clocks, the Anastasia III features an Aged Auburn finish on select hardwoods and veneers and is lightly distressed and wire brushed to convey the appearance of natural, reclaimed wood. To mark the anniversary, a special edition inscription is set on the dial.
Finishing Touches: The antique dial complements the design, featuring aged black Roman numerals and minute track, plus charcoal hands. A protective convex glass crystal shields these elements.ย Both the case and dial light up, and thereโs an easy-reach roller switch set at the back.
Distinctive Details: Atop this beautiful clock is a detachable crown, allowing you to experiment with various looks. The hinged top door provides simple access to wind the clock movement. The locking, hinged front mid-door has a glass window, offering a view of the weight shells and pendulum. Both of these are finished in an attractive aged nickel, as is the pendulum bob featuring a wood stick that complements the case. Finally, a tapered base has an elegant cut-out. Free heirloom record certificate with a nickel-finished capsule is included, along with a free nickel heirloom nameplate engraved with a name and date. The clock features adjustable levellers for stability on any surface.
Movement: High-precision Kieninger Westminster chiming movement plays 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 chimes accordingly with full chime and strikes on the hour. Automatic night-time chime shutoff is included.
