Domestic:

We offer FREE shipping of Grandfather Clocks, Cuckoo Clocks, Mantle Clocks and Wall Clocks for purchases of $199 and over to any address Australia wide.

Free Delivery of Grandfather Clocks is to Kerbside or Single Storey Residence only.  Comprehensive insurance cover for transportation of Grandfather Clocks is recommended and can be arranged by our company at the purchaser’s expense.

International:

We can ship orders internationally, however charges will apply for shipping to overseas destinations.

Warranty

We offer a two year warranty on all of our mechanical clocks and offer a 12 month Warranty on our battery operated clocks.

Our obligation to you under our clock warranty is to repair any mechanical defects free of charge for the stated period of warranty.  The warranty is null and void if, the clock has been dropped, damaged, or in any way misused; or if the working parts have been tampered with in any way.

Postage of the clock to and from the authorised repairer is payable by the purchaser.

If you are experiencing difficulties in setting up your clock, we advise you read through our trouble shooting guide which has proved successful in assisting people with frequently asked set up queries.  If you are still unsuccessful after reading the guide, feel welcome to call us and we can offer advice to you over the phone regarding the set up of your clock. We find we can solve 99% of problems over the phone or via email by offering advice to move this, tweak that or try this!
