When we had a question about the comparative difference of two cuckoo clocks we telephoned you (on Australia Day) and your representative was friendly and wise in the ways of cuckoo clocks, even playing the cuckoo chimes next to the phone so we could hear the difference between the two cuckoo ‘cuckoos’ we were contemplating purchasing.
The cuckoo clock arrived promptly, excellently packaged and when you said it would. And, upon opening the package we found terrific instruction guides on how to assemble the clock, a pamphlet on the history of cuckoo clocks, a warranty card (completed) and even a complimentary gift of a tea towel!
