I had a wonderful experience at the German Clock Shop thanks to Carl. He took the time to explain all the clock features clearly and brought out every clock I was interested in. He even hung them on a separate wall so I could compare them easily. Carl was incredibly polite, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

We took our 25 year old Cuckoo Clock in today hoping to fix the issue with the Cuckoo not coming out at the right time. Elisabeth informed us that there was a 12 month wait for service but once she knew what the issue was, she checked the clock and went through step by step on how to reset it. We want to express our appreciation for the fantastic customer service you rarely find these days.
We spent ages in the shop my kids were enthralled.
