We are keen clock enthusiasts and have been fortunate to purchase a few clocks from the German Cuckoo Nest. Each time we visit, we find the service excellent. Not only does the staff know about the products they sell, they take the time to go through everything with you. There is absolutely no pressure to purchase and allow you all the time you need to make a decision. We have also used their repair services for existing clocks and could not fault the quality and care taken to repair our beautiful clocks. The German Cuckoo Nest is my preferred retailer for all my clock needs. Take a look, you will not be disappointed!

i went into the store today. the staff were absolutely incredible!! but i have to give a major shoutout to stefanie and carl, was another lady that i was talking to, she was such a joy to chat to. the staff were so interested in with my stories i shared about my family’s clocks! i live in toowoomba but if im ever in the area, im coming back to visit!
i’m also extremely happy with my new clock and cannot wait to set it up!
