5 star rating is not enough.
It is a 5+++ at least.

We entered the shop and straight away it seemed we were in Germany or Austria or Italy.
We were served by Sylvia and she made the experience, my wife needed a tissue, as this shop is how she recalls the shops in her parents village in Italy.
The selection of Cuckoo Clocks is second to none.
Beer steins, it was difficult to make a decision, we selected the "Dolomiti".

We would like Management to know that Sylvia went above and beyond to make this experience special.

This place deserves 10 stars! The place is magical outside and inside and full of charm. I was never even a fan of clocks(let alone the sound of the tick tick ticking) but the uniqueness of this place and the way the it is done up I was compelled to go inside and have a look. And boy is it magical inside so many unusual unique clocks and big grandfather clocks and the magical sounds and other wooden things… I ended up buying a beautiful clock from here as a gift for a family member and when I got home and looked at it, it turned out to be made in Germany making it an even more special clock. The lady that helped me was so lovely and very chatty (seemed like a family business), it was a pleasure to be in the store and to spend on something unique. Def worth a visit! I was looking for a cowbell and asked Tatyana. She showed me the many different types they have. I’m so pleasantly surprised by it. I bought one with the best chime. Later on, I felt the old fashioned cowbell is what I really want. I went back and asked to have it replaced. Tatyana just swapped it for me. No dramas. So friendly and helpful. This is 5 star!!
