Simply wonderful to be able to purchase a German made cuckoo clock so simply and easily online in Australia. Speedy despatch and extremely well packaged when it arrived. Excellent phone service if extra instructions or assistance is required. Through my own clumsiness, I damaged the clock and Anton fixed it without charging anything which was greatly appreciated!
