Delivery Cost
Shipping on all orders over $199 is Free within Australia unless mentioned otherwise. International orders will be subject to additional shipping costs.
Refund Policy
If Clocks.com.au deems a product faulty and has been purchased within the warranty period, Clocks.com.au will refund the customer the purchase price.
Clocks.com.au may request the return of faulty goods before providing a refund.
Warranty
All mechanical cuckoo clocks come with a 2 year warranty.
Quartz cuckoo clocks come with a 1 year warranty.
Clocks.com.au obligation under this Clock warranty is to repair any mechanical defects free of charge for the stated period of warranty. The warranty is null and void if, the clock has been dropped, damaged, or in any way misused: or if the working parts have been tampered with in any way. Postage of clock to and from the repairer is payable by the customer.
Shipping
All internet orders are shipped within 1 – 2 days of being received. *Some exclusions apply with prestige and Grandfather clocks.
Grandfather clocks are shipped by arrangement with the customer and normal time is up to 4 weeks.
Prestige clocks requiring custom made shipping boxes will be shipped via arrangement with customer.
